need a hex to change shouting level plz

this can be changed in !setup ... well depending on what exe and !setup file you have. haven't tried the new setup i got yet but if it works i will upload it along with the exe when i get home (not sure if changing the exe matters)

on my 1.4 server we having probs 'x' w/ the shout, when i changed it, it doesnt seem to work still >.<

You can only change the shout level in the setup.txt if you are using 1.9 files.

Backup your mir2server before editing as i'm not sure on this one.
