need a little help with odbc plz

just wondering if i need a driver to make this work properly or if it is the sql databse that is the problem.

as im not sure what the problem is im asking for some help plz see screenie.

Your SQL login is sa
and the password is what ever password u used for SQL
Then on the next page make sure u change the default to the 1 that corrisbonds with the SQL DB IE:
