Here is the server exe from 25/11 partially translated(by Nightwolf and Myself I downloaded his partially translated file to get a head start thnx Nightwolf). It should allow you to at least get running on your old servers with this exe.
Changed the chinese txt to point to the !sabuk.txt and !notices!.txt translated most of the gm commands still lots to do though. Will need the client exe translated for some of the text to display correctly ingame.

Can get the chinese client from here I think we probably need the client translated as new functionality is probably tied between the client and server.

I think the chinese client has been obfuscated to prevent tampering as earlier versions still have the references to the Data directories and wil files whereas cant find any reference to them here even though client still works.
