aint that a bit of a bad idea cus then u could check where say an enemy is and take ur guild to his coords. Lol he might be boss killing. And you can always leave some1 next to npc to keep an eye. :S

u are completely stupid, stop posting please because your not helping me

The point of the post is to identify a command that allows me to find the co-ords and map number of the user using it. If you cannot give me that command, at least do not post utter crap

Thank you

From what I know there is no such command. I've checked everything I can find and nope, even checked NPC editor so I dont think there is such a command

what I am asking for is a way to get the co-ords and map number of the CURRENT user who is using the npc

dunno if it's to late as its an fairly old post but i see the question hasnt been answered yet so thought i will post the answer for it

Code:
[@main]
Wanna Know What Your Coords and mapinfo is?\
<Ok/@go>

[@go]
#ACT
gmexecute map

Works For Me this way

but does that check what map they are in, rather than simply moving them to the map?

thats a useful command to know though, thanks

I *think* that it gives the player a message in the chat box just as you would get it by typing the command on a GM character.

What what i gather he wants a command to do
Code:
#IF
Checkmap 0 330 330
#ACT
blah blah

From what i know (which i admit isnt much of the new npc commands) i dont think there is a check for that. You might be able to find a way round it somehow, depends what you need it for.

yes it gives a msg as bh stated with the map number and name and coords for the player that presses the button in the npc

as you see in the screeny
i also tested the gmexecute info cmd as you see but that does nothing

edit:mmm one thing i just see now when posting screeny the coords are wrong weird :S
