NPC flashing and Server Hexing

ok i cant stop my npc's flashing on screen and its not due to lag etc, any1 hav a solution pls?

also i am having some trouble hexing, can any1 help me pls? i am using hex workshop v4.23

i mainly want to hex gold in bag, numba of wiz pets, how easy it is to tame pets, max lvl, sabuk, andany other useful stuff ther is including numba of tao pets!! any help wud b appreciated ty

there is an npc fix, its in 1 of the fantasy patches

i dont know anything about hexing but the NPC flashing is so that the start number of the npc.wil is 1 and the pics must be begin with num 0
d/l that and take the npc.wil and wix of it
