Well, they're pretty basic, but the images are well cut out (3 Isn't), but seeing as it's your first attempt I won't rant about the backgrounds.

3 has an awful cut out (looks too jagged) and 2 is way too plain. 1 is quite nice but coule be a bit smaller and a better font? Nice try for a first though!

P.S] And like MichaelJ said, the cut out on the first is very good for your first time.
