Perm Ban Help Please

Well me and a friend was just testing our servers and he ip banned me for a laugh but now he cant find me in ip ban list or anything..
can anyone help to find this please ..

www.whatismyip.com <get ur IP from there

when he takes ur name off the list some servers require a reboot
and sometimes taking banned people off a list just dont work and u carry on being banned forever

the only solution to that is to change ur IP
