PHP Template creation

Hi people, i've been working on my arcade script, adding mods etc... and i've been using a default template.

Recently i made my own PSD version of a template, all individual images.

Only thing is , i dont know how to turn this into a PHP template without seeing a design editor view whilst making it...

you dont turn websites in to php templates. you just turn it in to html (save images then create html code) then you add the php around the code you need. i use notepad to edit.

haha that's an example text, all the text / games are just examples of the code in place. the problem is im working to a specific template layout, i've sliced all images ... and in relation to existing templates, i have no idea what to do lol
