Check ur Sql info in !Setup.ini, make sure that is the same as the info u entered into SQL:

[SQL]
UseSQL=TRUE
SQLHost=******-PC\SQLEXPRESS
SQLUsername=sa
SQLPassword=sa
SQLDatabase=mir2
SQLType=mssql
SQLPort=3306

After looking around on these forums i tried changing a few things and now get no errors except for connection closed.

I have changed the mir.ini to mir.ini and it looks like this.

[setup]
patched=0
Param1=127.0.0.1
Param2=
Param3=
Param4=
Param5=
[Option]
SkillSetting=0
Sound=1
ShowAllItem=0
EffectSetting=1
ShowSkillBar=0

i have added server.ini which looks like this.

[Server1]
ServerName=Diamond
ServerAddr=127.0.0.1
ServerPort=7000
SelectServerAddr=127.0.0.1
SelectServerPort=7100
GameServerAddr=127.0.0.1
GameServerPort=7200

and i deleted the ftp.ini etc that was in the folder.

Any ideas? As i am still getting conn closed.

EDIT- Just read on a few posts that this is different if your running off a router? do i need to do something different than setting the ips to the offline ip 127(etc) if i am just using it offline?

are you trying to run these offline or online so others can connect? if you want it working offline it dont matter if you on router or not.

Ur server look to work just fine, the problem is in the .ini file near to exe in ur client . U must 2 setup this ini with ip 127.0.0.1, and dont make changes with [setup] because exe read this header....

;);)
