He has a Cisco 300 Router, I have googled and the only thing I can find is a FASTHUB 300 Series for a start. I advised him to RTFM or ring/email Cisco. Bascially this is all I have to say on the matter:
Getting help with server ser up we can advise on, confiuring the router you own is something that YOU alone have to work out as each router is different and you do get a manual with every router you buy. I have owned 4 routers i my time, all support Loopback - if you buy one that dont have it - then hell they aint that much- Buy a decent one next time...
