Program that changes loads of words into something else.

Hi all,

Title dont really explain it but i need a program that changes words for you.

Say you have 1000 words on a notepad that says "Hello how are you"
Ide need to change all of them into another word/s.

Are there any programs or am i gona have to spend hours doing this
