Should maybe make the drops for spell a bit easier dropping on p69, defo what hold's arcadia back from having 250-300 users and 150-200 like it has now is that the fact only way you are getting tdb / ff and all the new spell's is if you donate / have people who donate who will help you kill high end bosses. think this would bump up user massively on p69 while not effecting arcadia usercount as most people on there have donated / worked stupidly hardly to get what they have.
