Put my server Onilne

I've been looking around the forum but not find any exact configuration that works. At each post the IPs were different games and none worked.
Can anyone tell me how I have to put the IPs to put my server online?
In the laucher where I have put my IP?

It is easy to get lost since noone knows what server your setting up, but if you are puting up 3.55Working, Follow Kaori's advice here -> http://www.lomcn.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?54574 <- and your server will be online in moments only, after weeks of messing around with it, I followed that advice and it worked perfectly
