How do i get the Servername to be in the first slot

I have.. [-Blank | -Blank | -Blank| DragonS| 0 |34f]

I need [ DragonS| 0 |34f |-Blank |-Blank| -Blank ]

Can someone tell me what ini to edit to do this plz

How would I go about doing this??

I have this in my [!addrtable.txt]:
DragonServer DragonServer 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1:7200
And in my [!Userlimit.txt]
DragonServer DragonServer 500
