reg server error

k i been putting this off for ages but i cant really make ma server live till ppl can make accounts.
in ma reg it says

i tryed it with no sqlip as i been looking round forum
and all regserver says when i open it(some1 posted a link to dl a diff regserver and its all english)

and if any 1 knows how u can find looks on weapons
on qmenue it looks fine but main screen i need find codes
and ><
i made another weap and when u put on it just spams mp back to normal
ne ideads (and yes i have used *search* *regserver* *createaccounts* ecct ecct
