[CD3.55] RegServer ERROR

I tried to put my server online, and I think the REG Server gives me an error. The screen went blue before me now as you can see is black, I formatted my computer and still the same.



I can know that the error comes from Reg Server for open ports on localLoginGate. I can enter the game. And makes me RegServer Server "Offline"


How I can fix my error?
