Hey,

Basicly i want to build/replace most of my hardware in my pc, at the mo im using the hp pavilion t350.uk which well if anyone googles is pritty old now and still has all the basic's it came with, apart from more ram,
e.g 9200radeon graphic card, aues mother board, etc etc etc

figure'd it would be cheaper just building a new one and keeping the shell, but can anyone give me some tips on what would be the best way to do this, i've replaced harddrivers/graphic cards ram etc etc before but nothing as big as this and not really got the first clue of where to start,

if any one give shed some light on this i'd be extremly gratful,

Thank you
Seifer

I'd just buy a whole new Computer, including case. We also need a budget.

You will find that most pre built machine cases, you can't change the mother board in them especially the HP series.

As Red said you are better building from scratch, including case.

could build you

AMD ATHLON 64 3500+ upto 4000+
2GB DDR2
MOBO = Biostar/asrock - Though would sugest going for an SLI board
G/CARD 8600GT + - 9600GT is going rather cheap at the moment
HDD - SATA 250GB
CASE

That should come to around £250 - £300 or

Sapphire PURE CrossFireX PC-AM2RX780 770 Socket AM2+ 8 channel audio ATX - £79.42 inc vat
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 1066MHz/PC2-8500 Gold Memory - £43.60 inc vat
AMD Phenom II X4 940 3GHz Socket AM2+ 6MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor - £194.96 inc vat
Inno3D 9600GT OC 512MB DDR3 Overclocked Edition Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics - £93.66 inc vat
Coolermaster Elite 330 Black Case With CM eXtreme Power 460W PSU *SPECIAL- £57.91 inc vat
Maxtor 500GB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm *32MB Cache* - OEM - £49.77 inc vat
Total = £519.32 so £20 over budget

Best advice is shop around and see what combinations you can come up with and what is best to your likeing.
