Server Count Wrong - Solution

I was experiencing a wrong user count (3 when there was only one) so i found the answer:

Time In Seconds till User count Annoucement
Multiplier of User count

Why is this in there? Probably so you can make the server look popular !!

Missing 29 : [1] [0]

first is a Player Online Fake System :
Excemple
On the Server 30 Player
Missing 29 [2] [0]

then Count = Player Online 60
the [0] Random Player fake

I probably stopped reading that Thread at the start (you understand right), but my point is why on earth would you want the server to say 600 online when in fact there is say online 1?? I have seen servers advertised as having x3 online when I know for a fact they cannot have that many - thus the point of my post
