Well i have a problem with any game light, had it for some time, and tried many things to fix it. If i turn all light cheat off the maps go black, not even map lights work, or even light from spells. I think its something to do with the client as i've tried alot of server side stuff. My client is the 27th of march 05, and i do have the correct std mode for candles/torches.
I'm pretty stuck now and cannot think of another idea to fix the problem, heres what i can remember trying:
Changing the dll's of the client to the data folder instead of the root folder.
Starting fresh with new client files.
Changing random settings in the m2.
Changing the M2.
Changing the gamegate.
Changing the std mode of torches/candles to 29.
Changing the source/anicount of the torches.
Some more minor things that i cant remember.
Any ideas on the cause or a fix for the problem apreciated.
