set up a ftp conection threw your network

is there any chance of setting up a ftp conection threw my network, so that my brother can take files that only i want him to threw ftp?

Yeah... theres nothing quite like driving around the more affulent areas of the North East looking for unsecured wireless routers. Shared folders + SuperScan ftw.

Ironically, it seems that 95+% of networks I see are pretty well secured.

I take it Belkin routers don't sell to well in CA then? Most the routers I find unsecured are Belkins.

I think most buy netgear or dlink.

A couple years ago unsecured was the thing, but it looks like people are getting their act together.

2 routers in my area, belkin and netgear both have no security and default user names and passwords shame they both suck

2 routers in my area, my own which is secured with a key and has a firewall on it.

And a other which has no security on it at all and i get a decent signal of it, good for when my internets down

Also, the local tesco carpark has one, but it 256k aol >.<
