off topic reply: its the colour for dedicated member, i have changed to it aswell, was green yesterday and just a loyal member!! dunno whats dedicated about me, i do my bit here and there, unless its cos i been a member of the forum for about 8 years!!!
If you look closely, all they have done is increased the draw distance (ie zoom out), which i suggested ages ago we should do for heroes.
Look how bigger the char is on the second image. and how much more of the map you can see on the first.

No idea, I know the files support 1024 but I believe that's just by increasing amount you can see and not by zooming out. I'll have a nose anyway

Xander already tried this out on Heroes btw.
Char will remain the same size on your screen as 800x600 if screenshot saves to same resolution, its just you will see more of the map.

see now you saved ss to 1024 the char is the same size: but more map displayed
Yeah I just tried 1024x768 and it works fine on Heroes.
I'll probably set it as standard. Though I'll have to fix the offcenter character.
