hey all been trying to setup a ShoutCaster Broadcasing radio, people on my network can connect to it fine, but ppl online cant, ive disabled any firewalls in some kinda hope that would solve the problem.. but it didnt so

SHOUTcasting recommend disabiling NAT or any of my internet sharing tools.

A. where is NAT located on Windows xp pro itself because i dont use any programs like netgear,

B. and will disabling nat effect my internet sharing because my network at home is setup with me using my pc as the main connection point

e.g. Net->My Pc->Hub->Other Pc's

if any ones ran a SHOUTcast radio or anything like this before or been able to solve the problem any infomation will be helpful :D

If your PC is connected through a modem (NOT A ROUTER/SWITCH), then there should be no problems once the firewall is down.

Can you give us at least the first bit of the IP address you are using for other people to connect... just incase your using your network one rather than your ISP's.
