Simple Spawn Editor

Well.. I just learned a bit of vb6(Visual Basic 6) today and this is my first program. I know it's really basic. I haven't learned much yet. Please give me your opinion of how I did for my first project.
It only adds spawns right now but I hope to get better and make this editor much better.

well.. I need to know how to make it create a text file at a user specified directory. And how did you make the maps show up?
