hi guys i was advised to get my server online i needed to add my local ip to router and input my external ip into router which i believe i have..... i now get the following

188.221.88.77 (assuming that's your external IP address)

Clients need your external IP to connect and your server needs the LAN IP.

The reason you are getting that error is because your adapter is not set to your WAN ip, and it wont be under normal home use.
Set your router to forward ports to 7000 and 3000 bind the server to your LAN ip and you will be fine. Make sure all users are given your WAN ip to connect though.

I have opened the ports as follows, although it still wont connect when using my external ip.
This is what ive done dose it look right ?
