Spawns problem

Hi all, i created a server and i need to know how i can do the mob respawns... I use the mir3multitool and i edited de mapinfo.txt but i cant do any respawn...
How i can edit the respawns ??

D8001= is the Map where the Mob spawn
100 100= is the Cord (on 90% is 100 100 random on Map)
BabyAnt= is the Name from the Mob from you Database
100= is the radius, in this area will respawn the mobs
55= How many Mobs
10= respawn time (this Mon respawn all 10 Minutes)
