New StartTown Map Added (Custom Made By Myself)

Im Working Off A Empty DB:
NO MOBS SPAWNING (not even Chestnut Trees)
NO ADDEDMAPS (Cept For New Town)
literally nothing so i be starting from scratch

Exp = Most Probs MediumRate
Cash = Medium
Quests - To Keep People Busy (Scripting Myself Self Taught) Thnx LOMCN Community

These Are The Stats For IF I Decided To Go Live.

Mainly Wanted To Claim The Name.

Server% = 0% Completed
Mobs = 0%
Drops = 0%

I was referring to the "good" part specifically, but indeed I'd be willing to wager he never gets past 25% on any of those fronts.
