Sql 2005

i am using sql 2005 however im tryin to edit the database and all i get is a red ! in a circle.

how can i open the database in access or something so i can change it, and then put it back into the SQL

Um the red ! is there to notify you that the database has been changed you should still be able to save it, it just lets you know which cells have been altered.

Unless your getting some sort of error message ?
