SQL error

connection failed, check sql server registration properties.. anyone got a clue what its trying to tell me? Its using user im logged onto, which is an administrator account.

well how do i create an SQL server authentication, id password that is. i googled and seems to sometimes be problems with windows authentication.

any sql genius know this?

For starters you will need to re-install SQL as you need to set this up on the initial install and secondly go read the guides, thats what they are here for.

If you had followed the guides correctly then you would have known not to set it up on the local account and setup the SA password first.
