Sql Problem :( i need Help

Just updated my DruelDragon server files with the v3.33 Holley files. Restored the new crueldragon3gbasedata, then imported my items, magic and mobs db's. I Also changed the date format from / to - so the crueldragon exe would work. However, i now get this error msg when i run the files:

Was wondering if anyone knew what the problem was and more importantly how to fix it.

EDIT:- Sorted now, forgot to delete the old ini in order to get the new.

i get that when my firewall is up. wierd message to get yes, but soon as i shut down my firewall it works fine.
also if its the first time youve run it, it will make a crueldragon.ini, open that and change your ip and sql password to the correct ones.
