[2.3] Strange problem

im having a very strange problem, i have an event cave NPC set for over lvl 38 and 1 player lvl 42+ cannot use the NPC, have tested lots of times with other players and working for all other players above the correct lvl, but 1 player when they click the tele in button it just closes the box and dont tele them in, i have tried changing their gender their lvl and it still dont wanna work for them everyone else its working for ???? any ideas ?

Firstly, request the user to log out, if on, and try his account and char yourself.
Without seeing your script and his stat, it's hard to tell.
It could be a class issue if this is part of your script.
It could also be a pk point issue if your NPC tests for PK points and he's outside the range.

Script is pretty basic it checks they lvl are lvl 38+ and if they are it teles them in i have had several other people test the npc and it works for them, have changed the players lvl and their gender it just dont seem to wanna let them in is all very strange ill post copy of script shortly as on other pc

u could try remake his char under diff name if all else fails and see if this works
