strangest problem I ever seen!

hi all

I have a server, and I fixed all bugs in it, and am using SQL 2000, and using WinXP, so I added the mobs in all caves, and I added some new NPC's of my mind, and my Server was working fine, so I restarted my PC, because it was running slowly, when it restarted I've opened Server launcher and clicked on launch server, and it opened all gates, when it opened M2Server, it loaded all maps 432/432, and loaded some few things, so I've waited, when it comes to loading npcs ( 230 ), so it was loading, suddenly it freezed at 27/230, so I stopped it and deleted all npcs that I've made, so it same problem, and I've deleted NPCS of SQL and txt in mirserver, and same problem.

Please guys need help, because I will upload my server to make it online.

Your missing some npc txt docs, download the files again and replace them.

Sometimes mine does that as well, although its still running. When its completed it usually just brings up the screen saying everything is fine, instantly. Did you give it enough time to load?

just to let you know.. how long is the freeze because on certain slow computers it might hang for over 30secs easily

I've copied the new npc_def and replaced it with old npc_def and same problem..

I waited about 13 mins and it doesn't respond.. kept freezing.

I don't want to lose all my jobs that i've made in SQL, took 2 days to spawn mobs in caves and fixed all bugs... anyone can solve it pls ?

open m2server first and dont toutch the mouse if it complete open the other 6 windows

cuz m2server always doesnt respond

if it still doesnt work

extract new mirserver

and try to post ur pc info

yea just sound like a loading error or u done something to the npcs.

never had a problem with 2.3 on xp
