if u made it very high lvl it might cost more mana then u got, try to make it lvl 1 and to check if its working at all

Make sure the strres3g file has

STR_STDDB_SINSU:Shinso
STR_STDDB_SINSU1:Shinso1
STR_STDDB_WHITESKEL:Skelly
STR_STDDB_PWRWHITESKEL:Jin

and they are also in your DB
