lol that answer is a good one i dont have look now but officiel mir side have links for 1.4 1.9 2.3 3.38 3.55 clients chose one u got it or how ? and if not how should i know that the client i get there is the one i need lol
as i said i tryed it with 1.9 cause everywhere in forum here u read 1.4 and 1.9 and 2.4 is a upgrade from 1.9 so for my logic it was a nearly conclusion to use a 1.9 client *hehehe

doesnt work for me i have tried with Opere with Firefox and with normal IE

ie say error i have no rights the other two say nothing only loadingerror time disconnect

mhh ill try that way than m8 thx ( i had clients from bandit and from izar but bandet have hims own style and izar is a mix between original and bandet so i would prefer to make a own

(in my opinion a bad own is better as the best stolen ones /unimportend what ever)

ehm sry for double now but ehm there is only 1.9 clients available and a patch from 1.9 to 2.0 not to 2.3 m8 is there nowhere an original client out?? or an original proguse.wil/wix ?? nothin ??

i think, u get full 1.9 client, then patch 1.9 to 2.0 then run the client and it will autopatch to 2.3

Thanks i made em by myself... now I've got 1 problem i can connect to the server using my ip but my friends cannot, i've a router, may that cause some sort of problems (as jasper said)? plz help >.< thanks

Searched on the forum... some1 said to forward the ports but i'm italian and i can't get the sense of this , can any1 explain me how? thanks

any ideas all gates connect and work all ips are 127 .0.0.1 everything connects to sql db but when i run it all i can make accounts make chars but then click start black screen any ideas
the db im using is mir2(restorenotattch) im so confused why this is i was thinking it might be down the to exe im using to play from cilent end

Everything for me went fine, until i got to OK screen and it did not appear.

I shall read through here for an answer.

i think i got same prop all gates connection to sql and db servers just nothing appears after u click start

they only show when there is an error they are all fine as i can connect and make chars and accoutns it evan shows the ammount of users on the gamegate but nothing showing on the m2 server

no im using the 12/08/07 i think 99% sure and no matter what gates i use i get same result

i found that 1 same problem all gates work fine just still get blank screen after clicking start from chars

@ gizzy,, try deleting the files in the loginserver/iddb folder, and also any data in the sql database tables charinfo,charlist,statusarray,useritems and usermagic, then try crating a new account.


Added into the dbserver folder idabigas database backup, called it mir2sql2000backup, for those having problems restoring the mir2restorethis backup from sql2005
