MR is corrupt. END
OS aint to bad, but alot of dick heads on there though.
InSaNe stil in beta and overgoing a major revamp before live on Fri/Sat

OS is actually quite good if you get into it but considering you don't want it, Nemesis is quite good but lacks a usercount, if you want a low rate server with usercount join MR, can get a bit boring w/o £££.

It's good for reliability however personally I found it hard to get back into.
