[WEB FORMS] Few Questions Please

Hi, im currently developing a website for a business i wish to start up and im tyingto get the website to a stable stage. I was looking at making a "Customize Pc Section" to the website so our customers can choose what spec pc they want (Like the Dell Website).

Could anyone point me in the right direction as im only really into the Graphical Side of website design. I would like to have a form that can filter out in-compatible components, So if you choose an AMD motherboard, theres no chance you can order in-compatible components

After the customer finishes this form , id like it to be emailed to one of my email addresses.

probably better to use some sort of shopping cart.... can most likely get a PC or something addon..

Self coded, altho my host does provide a CP with shopping cart addons etc (and MYSQL database manager)
