It seems that these are nearly everywhere i look and finally after searching on and off for nearly 2 years, i have managed to get my hands on the source files that will allow me to start translating / etc. Although i don't know much about .lua scripting.

Anyways heres some freaking cool maps. (taken from official site atm)

if your going down the LUA route you may want to get in contact with some of the WoW addon creators as they are all LUA based.

I've got the demo site working, but thats not exactly hard to do. As for it being live, i'm afraid we're back trying to authenticate it...As this set of files uses multiple server choices, i've not yet sussed it lol.

I will most likely end up ripping all the images and making them eligible for use on normal mir servers. Like the interface, i'm about halfway translating it and placing it into .wils, although i'l probably release the images for others to code in , rather than trying to replace an already coded interface (this one is modular).

I will release a copy as soon as i've worked it out myself, at this moment of time i'm going on pot luck and php/flash knowledge lol.

Wasn't that hard to find, i actually just qouted a Javascript line (when searching for a source, it makes sense to post part of that source to find the full source).

EDIT : Sanity - It's similar to the webmir i found ages back, with two res folders and authentication php script.

Yeah thats the old one i had, we ran into authentication problems though. Most the .lua scripts are encrypted too, so editing without precaution will end up breaking them.

could you post the source (untranslated) because i'd like to decompile these LUA files and see if they somehow look like what i have already been working on in the past..

i would search it on the site but my connection takes ages to browse chinese websites..

I made lvl 30 lol.
Seems its click on quests everywhere. No real hard play yet.
You get various fancy mounts as you progress.
Flaming Woomas had Ghoul sounds.
The scenery looks good but the running is very poor, a bit like Helbreath.
Shows what could be done though.

Sometimes I wish I could read chinese and it didnt just look like a load of pictures! It seems very interesting and actually surprised me how much of a huge game mir is in the likes of china and korea!
