tryed a few monster temples but when i upload the index i go to my site and it says your do not have permission to view this webpage so they must have some protection cos the free templates work

You got to set permissions to certain files in that website, i don't know which they are, sure you can find out on monster themplates. I think thats your problem is anyway.

Yeh just goto the props on all the public folders and tick all the boxes untill you get it working then set each permision how you want it.

Also try torrents for templates

honestly theres so many monster templates out there you dont need a customised one. theres one template i want for my site but its impossible to get. gutted .
