**** 1 hour a day, max i can do is like 30min a day lifting **** up at once. why iwant those things so i can sleep with them or something and wake up with muscles :D.

well u no i can do 1000 sit ups in a minute better than 87.5 ;) and in a week i dont no my maths so i do 1 mill every week im ripped like a peice of papeer being pull at both ends :)

what u heard is wrong so keep it to your self. i go gym longer than 1hour and i max out for as long as i can. but only once a week with the maxing out as you could do damage.
