I think the negative effect is a bit bait, but it looks ok, gives a sort of rusted look. Font sucks, sorry I hate these toy fonts. Gorillaz image is awesome!
Background a bit plain above the name, but I like the writing at the top...
It's a deent sig but I think it tries too hard and achieves too little, maybe go for a simpler font and add some simple looking "yet complex" effects to the background.

thats really nice, i rly like it, only thing that needs improving really is the left hand side background, looks too spotty =/
i think ur gay.
