Not going to lie to you mate, you need a lot of help and need to test out some tutorials. As people have said 2 & 3 are your best two. Also, try a different text style, and try working with a smaller scale sig, this makes things alot easier because you have less space to cover & to worry about. You're brushing is good though, and maybe try to learn to do some multicolour on them.

one tip, try to keep your sigs withing 350x150 pizels it just makes them look nicer and try to do some stuff without downloaded brushes keep it up man your doing well

You'll improve majorly just by following designers advice and reading tutorials. Tutorials is the main thing, the more you read of them, the better you will get. Keep up the good work and keep posting you're most recent sigs.
