When I put usuario and password don´t go to select character

I make a account in TBL_ACCOUNT but i can´t enter because when a put the username and password don´t enter... And regserver not work for me...say: File has virus.

Your regserver does not work correctly cause you don't have Chinese PRC installed.

Your ODBC is wrong. Check the regserver config and the ODBC.
