Erm probably the top one. The bottom one, her face looks like its been stretched. I like the backgrounds on both of them thou. 
Text is horrible on both, work on that. Background better on the second. First is overall better.
Not too keen on either if I am too be honest, the render and the background just don't fit together quite well. And the first one is way too dark.

poke-her-face and make it thinner :P well stretched out, i prefer the 2nd one if you sorted out the distortion
