White screen

My dad got new 19 inch screen for x mas so lil bruvver had his old 1.... its gnr f173..... when dads new screen arrived 3weeks b4 xmas we boxed up his old 1 and gave lil bruv on xmas day (seem mean but not all he got ne way the screen was perfect b4 we stored it and we had had it working on bruvs pc but when we tryed it Christmas Day ....its white all time cant get ne picture at all ...can it b fixed ????

So dad owns monitor 1. Dad get's monitor 2, gives monitor 1 to little brother, and it won't work on little brother's machine, it's jsut an all white screen?

Does it work on other computers now?

Loose cable on the monitor end?

No we done them up tight and used different cables each time

Call technical support, although a monitor isn't exactly something to get repaired unless it's under warranty.

When did this start happening btw? Just right after he gave it to your brother?

Gonna have to i think ....we tried searching the internet for similar probs but its not common ,,there is defo..some relation to the breakdown do to the non use for 2+ weeks
