Wrong key buttons

Hey, well got a slight problem. Sometiems when i would wanna put the '@' symbol i would sometimes get the '"' symbol my keys swap around for some reason :S any ideas please?

Change the Keyboard settings on your PC to English(UK)

yh go to control panel then to regional and language settings and have a look on there

Happens to me everytime i reformat coz its default in English(Yank) instead of English(the real kind),

in the language options you gota make sure every little option is english check all the tabs and advanced tabs ect and if you already done that then its probs deffo game
