I have an Xbox 360 Premium, without the HDMI port.

I also have a HD ready TV, with a DVI port at the back and nothing else, no HDMI thing or whatever.

I want to play my Xbox 360 in HD, what do I need to do and buy ;o

Your 360 should come w/ a scart lead to switch between norm and HD.

and ur scart lead should have a switch on it to swap from norm or hd

only the newer xboxes have a hdmin port in them

The side of the TV only has 3 inputs, not 5 like I have read that you need on Xbox.com. It says connect 3 to the three there, and 2 to the other two. It does have switch between HD and normal. And I bought it yesterday.

was it preowned or new as i know all new 1s from a month bck had hdmi ports and scart with switch for hd and norm

Nope, was new yesterday. Had no HDMI port under the A/V port or I wouldn't be asking.

I have an Xbox 360 Premium, without the HDMI port.

It has the A/V port, so I need that to go to HDMI, then an adaptor to go from HDMI into my DVI port. If I can do that.
