Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz
2.67 GHz, 512 MB of Ram

10mb inter speed

You need more ram to host a server.

512k is enough if you don't wish to use the server much if at all and the user count is fairly low, otherwise 1gb ram should surfice.
