So what was wrong with Xin? Is this a buff or a nerf?

Basically Xin was nerfed a while back because he began to terrorize lower elo's a.k.a smurfs on them now he's just in a weakspot so they've changed it so he's more focused on one champ and can survive in a group of 5, if he builds assasin he'll still get wrecked though.

To answer though it seems it's a buff but we'll have to wait for it to play out.
