Sadly the inventory viewer was disabled in update 2.09. But just having the program and seeing the forum or w/e brought back memories! The image/map viewers still work.

No Mirlander was a bot/cheat. LoMTools was made by Gadget or Walrus. LoMTools had the offline inventory viewer, graphic viewer, etc. LoMProtector was a login protection program to avoid getting keylogged. I can't remember who wrote what however.
