Someone said it has something to do with a windows xp pro update which messes this up, as i haven't patched/updated xp pro atall i don't know why it isn't working >_< Keep the suggestions coming though i'll get it working one day :)

Go to C:\Mud3\Mir300\Envir and open mapinfo.txt and find teh line with the map number 9 in, delete it. Then go into the client folder in the server files and extract the maps from there into your map folder(wherever you put it). That should do the trick :)

I boot server up and find no items in my bag (baseclothes etc) even try @make ****** items but still see none in my bag even though i hear the sound of them being made. Also the minimap doesn't work it's just a blank square. Haven't noticed anything else yet. Help is appreciated :) I haven't...

Woohoo! It works, i downloaded the 1gb ei client off someones siggy when before i was using what must have been an age old client version. Well i'm sure i'll have problems in the future but i seem to be ok for now. Thanks very much for all your help :)

Well i got 2.2 ghz processor and 700and something ddr ram and i deleted all the spawns all the npcs and all the guards etc so i'm pretty much stuck >_< I just reformatted my pc in the hope it will actually work this time but i dont expect any changes:-/ Could someone link me to the 2.2 server...
