Does anyone know how to code an npc so it only speaks to Rebirthed players? Tried searching had no luck :S

ok i've tried searching and had no joy. I'm using mordeaths rebirth m2sever and hexing the exp needed for each level, where i'm stuck is level 52+ I'm trying to get mobs to give 0.06% at 52+ (65k exp points), it seems no matter what value i put in max i can get is 0.03%... I've had it once but...
